Excellent experience from start to finish. Teresa gave me detailed information from pricing to booking. She communicated swiftly via email and phone. The prices are responsible and the perfect fit for all party sizes. Charles our driver did a phenomenal job. Picked us up right at the time requested with our 8 passenger sprinter. He was able to move through philadelphia concert traffic and had us there on time for our concert. Once we arrived the concert venue told us no bags allowed. Charles was there to receive our items and kept them safe until our return. The return drop off was right on time and everything went smoothly. It was a time to be had. I took my boyfriend to NY to see Stranger Things on Broadway for his birthday. I didn’t want to drive, so used ETA. Let me tell you it was the smoothest ride leaving and returning ever. My driver Charles was nice and professional. The service when making the reservation was excellent. 10/10
I would definitely recommend ETA transportation !!! From booking my transportation services to the ride, everything was seamless. Teresa was very prompt and informative of their availability pricing and answered all my questions. Ernie our driver was wonderful!! From his driving to his attentiveness was great!!
