We have used Berlin Rental for all of our party rentals. They are very professional and friendly. Communication is easy and they respond quickly. I love how they easy it is to book their products, from signing the contract to leading up to delivery. Their products are clean and always look new. We always recommend Berlin Rental to our friends and family.
We used Berlin Rentals for our DIY wedding. They were truly amazing. They kept us updated every step of the way and reached out with pictures of set ups and waited for approval. The place looked amazing and the tents and bistro lights made our dream wedding come to life. They were punctual with set up and break down times and very easy to work with!
Berlin Rental exceeded my expectations, yet again! They respond nearly immediately upon booking request, communicate arrival times in advance, and set up as much as they can.
We use them at least once a year and have no desire to look elsewhere! You can tell in the quality of their tables/chairs/tents that they care about what they're leaving in your care. It isn't old beat up tables and chairs; they are in pristine condition. I am so appreciative of their communication and professionalism.
