Our sincerest gratitude for the excellent service and care provided by Michael, Andrea and team for our mom's funeral service; from our initial meeting at Ippolito's to the viewing, funeral mass, burial and the police escorts. All the details were handled with great care, compassion and professionalism. Our mom looked so natural; very pleased.
To the sentiments of many other reviewers, I can’t say enough about kindness, compassion, and empathy, my dad and I recieved from Andrea, Michael, and all the staff at Ippolitos. From our initial meeting to only a few weeks later when we needed to make the final arrangements for my mom in what felt like a whirlwind. They showed us so much grace and patience through the process and my mom looked just as she had prior to illness. Even our limo driver, who engaged with my 4 year daughter. We can’t say thank you enough to everyone, and would recommend them to anyone in need of this kind service.
I would like to express how grateful we are for the entire staff at Ippolitos for the professionalism and kindness from start to finish in the handling of our father's passing.
