Unfortunately my brand new tire caught a huge nail, in which left me with a flat tire while on the highway to my appointment. By the grace of God, there was a tire shop 5 mins away. Most places would show no empathy and charge my card on file the full amount and leave me with no services. But Lash Lounge’s customer service was incredible! I’m sure this doesn’t happen everyday, as they have policies. But my appointment was changed about three times to better accommodate my situation. Enough with the sad story. My first impression upon arrival was breathe taking. It was so clean and peaceful. My lash specialist Deyra was so professional and gentle. It was hard not to fall asleep during my session. If you want a peaceful, clean, and professional atmosphere to get your lashes or eyebrows done to perfection, this is your place! Did I mention the owner was so welcoming! Plus there’s parking! “I'm not new to lash lifts, but this was my first time at The Lash Lounge. Prior to booking, I checked out their instagram and saw a post of an amazing lash lift done by Sidney. I immediately knew that I had to book with her, and I'm so glad that I did. From the second that I met her, Sidney was friendly and so reassuring. She told me right off the bat that some of my left lashes had breakage, most likely from using a curler, and that they wouldn't lift as much as my other lashes. However, she managed to get them lifted so beautifully that I couldn't really notice at the end. During the lash lift itself, she had a gentle touch, and my eyes never got irritated.If you want to get into lash lifts but don't know where to go, definitely try Sidney out!
