I walked in to see what LVP they had available and ask about getting a quote for replacing some carpet. The owner intercepted me and started aggressively asking questions about the project. His tone was unpleasant, he didn't seem to be knowledgeable about the product ("these things are changing every year so it's hard to keep up"), and he was argumentative about seemingly inconsequential things despite clearly having no idea what he was talking about (but with his "50 years of experience" he didn't see how he could be wrong). Ed from Eagle Tile and Carpet was so friendly and helpful. I was having trouble with an order from another vendor, and Ed helped answer some questions for me and ordered samples to help me out, even though he knew I wasn't going to be completing my full order through his store. He followed up with me repeatedly and was always very patient when explaining things. I would definitely recommend this store to others!

Ed was very helpful in finding the right floor for our kitchen. Tons of knowledge on all types of products. The whole process was very easy. Installation was wonderful and he and his team paid attention to details. Would use again for next flooring project!!
