A very dishonest individual. He came for a framing estimate. he asked to borrow a set of stamped architect plans. He refused to return them, and never gave a bid. he then said that the plans from the architect were "not complete enough for him” even though they were stamped and approved by the town. he refused to give them back, he made up amazing stories about how the plans were lost to a flood, and that several members of his crew and family died of covid, which also prevented him from returning the plans. he never came back with the plans and never did a bid. then he told me that he paid 160 for the lead that he refused to bid on, so he wanted me to pay him $157,...read full review
