They fixed issues in a timely manner, diagnosing problems and replacing faulty parts to restore heat or fix a water heater. The work from technicians like Steve Lee and Darius went flawlessly, and they were informative along the way, even pointing out areas that may need attention in the future. The plumbers were courteous and efficient, covering their shoes before entering the house and straightening up their work area when done. Customers would absolutely hire them again and recommend them to others.
Woke up one morning about a week ago to find a cold house with no heat. Called crossroads plumbing who I had used a couple of years ago with my problem. Within 3 hours their technician Ryan was knocking on my door. Diagnosed the problem and a few hours later the faulty parts were replaced and the heat was restored.
I had a water heater problem that my regular plumber could not figure out. These guys were very good communicators on the phone and took notes on all of the symptoms we saw. The sent Steve out, an experience plumber with a likable demeaner out, who was friendly and professional. He found the issue within a couple of hours and effectively communicated the resolution to me. I'd definitely use these guys again.
This company is absolutely fantastic!! Steve Lee and Darius did a tankless hot water heater replacement for me and both did an awesome job. The work went flawlessly. These gentlemen did a great job and were extremely knowledgeable. They were informative along the way and even pointed out areas that may need attention in the future to avoid future emergencies. Can't say enough about the work these gentlemen did.
