I called Dr. Freed after hours and not only did he return my call, he also came in on his scheduled day off to repair my tooth. Horrible staff. Accused me of not being on insurance while my name was clearly on the card. The woman named Susan is hostile she is the wife of the dentist Very strange office staff. I will Find a newer office with more interracial & friendlier staff members to take care off me .... this place is obnoxious and iggnorant.

Wonderful! I've been going here for years. They're are so respectful of our time, never a wait, always so kind and attentive. Have not had any painful procedures here and both Drs. Freed and Glicksman are absolute rockstars! You can't go wrong here.

Front desk people quite smart enough to treat your insurance . Its the best place to drain out your insurance benefit . I just ask for normal cleaning , they have cleaned up teeth and my insurance & weak wallet !

THIS REVIEW IS NOT FOR THE DENTIST, RATHER THE RECEPTION PERSON
I’m sure the doctors are great, unfortunately I didn’t even get a chance to review them myself. I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago and called this morning to confirm my appointment which I believe the same lady who should have scheduled it is the one that picked up, and she told me that she didn’t see my name in the system. The earliest time she could have got me in to accommodate my work schedule would be ONE WEEK from now which is a total of 3 weeks I would have had to wait just for someone being incompetent and not doing what they had to do. The least she could have done was admit to her mistake, but instead when I told her I’ll go somewhere else because I’m not waiting another week, she just said ok thank you. When I had initially made my appointment, I even made sure I confirmed and gave her my number in case a Saturday availability freed up. I should have booked it online, that would have at least been more reliable, and I would recommend any new patients to do the same.
I was really looking forward to going to this dentist, but if the housekeeping from the beginning is not organized, I will just find another dentist to schedule an appointment with.

Horrible staff. Lady with red short hair Accused me of not being on insurance while my name was clearly on the card. Accused me of not paying for services while she didnt even call ins co for explaination of benefits. I have a $0 copay with cigna for cleaning. Basic. She proceeded to ask for my social security which i thought was intrusive considering she already had all my info. She also held my ins card hostage before i told her to make a copy so i can leave and they can figure it out on their own time not while im about to leave... i have things to do to ya know!! Very strange office staff. I will Find a newer office with more interracial & friendlier staff members to take care off me .... this place is obnoxious and iggnorant. They need a younger staff just sayin Dr gilksman did his job as expected. No complaints

I have always had severe anxiety about the dentist, even just a cleaning or x-ray scares me. Dr. Gliksman is the ONLY dentist I have ever felt comfortable with. I had a root canal yesterday, which I agonized over for about a week leading up to it. It was completely painless. Dr. Gliksman is very gentle, patient, and caring. My family used to see him when I was a kid, but I have had several terrible experiences with other dentists since then, so I hadn't stepped foot into a dental office in years. My mom reminded me that I used to be okay with Dr. Gliksman, so I made an appointment and I'm so glad I did. The root canal was painless and I don't have any pain today either. I don't even live in the area anymore but I will be back to get the rest of the work I need done, and yesterday has made me a patient for life!

I've been going here since July of 2004 and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Dr Freed is AMAZING and super gentle. He has such a calming voice and makes you feel relaxed. Plus, an amazing sense of humor. Because of him, I actually enjoy going to the dentist! I wish my insurance allowed me to go every month (I'm not kidding). Not only is the place super clean and sterile, I've only had to wait more than 5 minutes one time in the 14 years I've been going there (and it wasn't even his fault). I ended up rescheduling that appointment and he gave me a discount (this was when I didn't have dental insurance). The ladies that work there are super nice as well. I just love this place.
