I will definitely be back next year ! I have recommended numerous people who also have had a great experience. They don’t accept my vision insurance but they accept my medical insurance for the exam which is the most important part. I am grateful for that. I wanted my mom to be a patient I even verified with her insurance company that the practice and doctors are listed as a participating provider on her insurance. But when I call the office they say they are not working with that insurance. I had the insurance call the office since the insurance company is telling me otherwise but office told them the same thing. They recommended we call next year to see if they will be participating. My mom had to go elsewhere because of this and got a bad exam. I really hope next year they will be participating with her insurance especially since it pops up on her insurance portal as if they are participating. Fingers crossed
I recommend Busby Eye Care, although my 2nd visit let me ponder some thoughts. Here is the deal, my time is just as valuable as a doctors time, to me...more valuable. So when I leave my work to arrive 15 min early and then wait another 28 min and still not in my appointment 😒, that is not a fair practice. They send "reminders" to be "ontime" for you to wait 30 min after so said appointment. Perhaps a bad day for me, but I had more on my schedule to complete. So I do highly recommend Busby, just dont have a busy schedule.
First time there and it was a great experience! Doctor Busby explained everything in detail, took his time and made sure we were comfortable with our decisions. The staff is lovely.
