Had a very pleasant experience with this florist! I live out of town and needed to get flowers to my sister in Mountain Lake. I coordinated with the shop on flower preferences and directions. It was bad weather, and they still delivered the flowers for me. They gorgeous and made my sisters day. I would definitely work with them again in the future!
I have been ordering flowers for my husband's Mom from Fragrant Designs for years. They have never disappointed. My mother-in-law is always amazed at the arrangements and special care taken to get them to her. Excellent florist.
I have had 3 deliveries to my elderly mother from Fragrant Design Florists. Every time the flowers were fresh and arrived as expected. I especially appreciate the personalized service provided to accommodate mom’s mobility challenges- when I call and explain they are always willing to listen and be helpful!
