“I did a scalp treatment, wash, and twist out and it overall went well. The owner took her time to explain step by step what products she was using and her process. The only issues I had were since I opted to leave the twists in and take them out myself, I didn’t realize how tight and small she had braided the ends so the ends came out more crinkled/frizzy instead of a defined curl. I thought that since we opted for perm rods that the end of the twist would have been left looser so it could be curly. Some of the gel also left a white cast, but the customer service was very friendly with a quick response and I was given advice on how to fix it. Overall, everyone was kind and friendly and they had fun movies to watch during the service.“

I must say I have a little social anxiety and it has been a long long time since I was comfortable to go to a hair salon, but my beautiful twin daughters were in need of a haircut it was so long. So while I was there for them beautiful chaos took care of me as well.
