I did a scalp treatment, wash, and twist out and it overall went well. The owner took her time to explain step by step what products she was using and her process. The only issues I had were since I opted to leave the twists in and take them out myself, I didn’t realize how tight and small she had braided the ends so the ends came out more crinkled/frizzy instead of a defined curl. I thought that since we opted for perm rods that the end of the twist would have been left looser so it could be curly. What a wonderful experience with Ty. I literally love her after only meeting her for the 1st time. She’s such a joy to talk to and be around, and she slayed my daughter braided style. We found our new stylist & salon. She’s the best!! Do yourself a favor and go see her & the other amazing stylists
