Excellent attention and service, as well as economical, thank you very much!!

I really DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, my shipping box to Colombia took 22 days, I could never track the guide, they did not answer my WhatsApp and even less the phone, in the end the box arrived INCOMPLETE, they took me some Apple headphones, a mini makeup waffle maker and ALL THE CHOCOLATES I had sent to my family, I know they didn't do it but now obviously no one is going to respond, quite disappointed and in life I will return to send with that company and kontrolkargo in alliance with envia...Jamasss!!!

My phone was destroyed, but they fixed it and now is working well. I recommend them, the customer service is really good and the people who work there is really nice people. They always are doing a really good job.

They were able to replace my screen in a half hour and $30 cheaper than the others. Very courteous and honest. I was very impressed by the whole experience. I like to support local businesses and they deserve the business cause they deliver. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.
