“I started to really notice my shoulder pain as my daughter got older. It was becoming difficult to pick her up out of her crib and out of the car. I sought help and found Downtown Physicians. Initially I was diagnosed by Christian. He took one look at my posture and my profession (working at a computer all day) and diagnosed me. I received a trigger point injection which provided immediate relief. However, I wanted more. My fitness goal is to be able to pick up my daughter so I began physical therapy with Abby and her team. It was difficult to begin with but I persisted. I got stronger and more flexible after 8 weeks. I’m happy to say I have a much greater range of motion and I feel much stronger after doing PT with Abby at Downtown Physicians. I would recommend their services to anyone in pain.“
