PLEASE believe the reviews and don’t make the mistake I did of going here for acrylics. I went here bc my nail tech had to cancel last minute.This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in 15 years of getting my nails done. The owner doesn’t care when there’s an issue that her own employee makes and literally ignores it.1st the woman painted my nails w regular polish in error after I told her to use Gel (I even pointed out that she might be using the wrong polish.) I left after 1.5hrs of this disaster, and had to come back during my lunch hour for her fix her mistakes. PLEASE do not go to this nail salon!!! My usual nail tech canceled on me so I decided to get my nails done here. My nail shape is awful nothing like what I wanted after showing the nail tech an inspo pic. When I walked in, I asked for the price…right as she was done with my nails, she stated the owner called and said its $10 more because of the color I chose!!! At this point I was just ready to leave. I attempted to tip her $10 and she had the audacity to tell me she wants a bigger tip because she did a lot of work on my nails. Fast forward to 4 days later my thumb nail broke completely off!!! NEVER AGAIN!!Services: Nail extensions
