Been going there for 9 years. Very happy with Dr Pecora. But Britel on reception should not interface with the public on your behalf. Very rude. 3 stars - 5 for the doctor and nurses, 1 for Britel - average 2.5, rounded up because I'm generous that way.
I've been coming to this office for over 15 years. No complaints. Dr. Nambiar, and other doctors I've seen there, are excellent. Even though it's been a drive in places I've lived, I prefer this place and the treatment and respect I receive, even when I was in my worst condition.
I had a very pleasant experience here always. The front desk people have been friendly and helpful and tried to give appointment as early as they can. The medical staff have been very efficient and caring.
