We had someone out to look at our trees and we were told we would hear back the next day regarding an estimate. It's now been a week and we haven't heard a word. Based on the prior to reviews, they must not need the business.

horrible!!! lied about coming out called again they came out and gave me a $8000.00 price and never heard back from them....their loss

I would NOT recommend American Tree Service to anyone! They came out and gave us an estimate, we accepted, then it was 2 years of trying to contact them and get on their schedule. And if we were lucky to actually speak to them, it was excuse after excuse as to why they couldn't put us on the schedule. Not only did they NOT return phone calls, but wouldn't respond to emails either. After 2 years, we called someone else and got another estimate and they were out and had the job completed in less than a week! Do NOT use American Tree Service, they are a waste of your time!
