The flowers arrived with murky water in the vase.. Cheap filler flowers were added, there were gaps in the arrangement, And the roses died on thesecond day. My children were disappoined as this was suppoed to be a surprise for my 60th birthday.

We used amour to do a floral arrangement for my aunt’s funeral! It was so beautiful it looked better than the picture she showed me all the flowers were fresh the colors were so bright I would definitely use them again!

I had the same issue as Mary Toscano, with a very different outcome.I'm in North Carolina. 800Flowers promised and charged same day delivery. It was still delivered a day late and absolutely not what was ordered. I could have had my friend's husband go to the grocery store for that cheap bouquet and 10/$1.00 vase. But when I finally tracked down who did the order, the lady on the phone at Amour did her BEST to keep me calm and she sent a bouquet closer to what was ordered, first thing the next morning.Moral: Call Amour directly, do not use an online service. Amour will tell you what they have available and give you a delivery date they can keep. I don't know who put together...read full review
