Would recommend 100%, very clean and easy to manage and book appoitments. I love their infared sauna, very clean, water and shower included. Staff is very nice and follow up which i greatly appreciate.
Quantum Wellness and Bliss Arising are what you need when you don't know how much you need it. I had my first yoga class with Ashley this morning and I am feeling so good. It's a great environment to practice in, plenty of parking, and very nice staff that make the experience of going a pleasure. Next up, the float tank.
I was greeted when I arrived, shown around the facility, and had all my questions answered. I never once felt I was being rushed. The float therapy experience was new for me and it took awhile to relax but once I did I found the entire experience extremely beneficial.I will be scheduling a 2nd session.
