Dr. Pollack is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about helping people become the healthiest and happiest they can possibly be! My initial visit included 3 of my young children, the youngest of whom has autism and was having a massive meltdown on our way into the office. He was so friendly and personable is throughout the chaos of the meltdown and made us all feel so comfortable and well cared for! I’m so happy to have my family in Dr. Pollack’s care!“

“Gia Russo and Matt are getting me back to my former self. I have chronic Achilles issues and left shoulder pain. Each session, they locate my tight areas and give me therapy to increase my mobility. They have located weaknesses and prescribe movements to give me a more aligned balance. My sessions are one on with with a therapist, not an assistant. This is PT as it should be. Both therapists seem genuinely concerned that I get the results I want, and their approach is working. “About 4 months ago I had reverse shoulder surgery and needed to strengthen and tone all the muscles in my entire arm. On my first visit, my arm could not function at all. To date, I had almost 40 sessions and could not be happier with my progress. The office has 3 therapists, Kate, Kelly and Stacy and all 3 assisted me with motion and strength exercises. They also provided me a "home exercise program" which I have been using weekly. These therapists are clearly experts in their field, extremely professional with excellent people skills. Heather explains everything before she starts working on you. Heather is using the stim machine, ultrasound along with the needles on me.
