Eric from Storsberg plumbing came out to my beach house to repair a clogged drain. He went above and beyond what was necessary. He crawled under the house and offered a much better fix than just snaking it out. Extremely happy with the service, pricing was fair, highly recommend!!
Storsberg was immensely superior to the 5-star Plumber I had just used for $3K of work. I had to get some of that work redone, and by chance I discovered an old invoice from 2002 from Storsberg Plumbing. I had simply forgotten about them, otherwise I would have called them first due to the nice work they did back then. Mostly, I was desperate for information on protecting my LBI crawlspace water pipes from freezing, because no one seemed to know definitively what to do. When Kevin showed up, we went under the house and I showed him the work I thought was needed. With his extensive experience and knowledge of LBI, he gave the reason why I don't need any of that work done....read full review
Thanks Bill and Nancy! Let's start with basics, somebody answered the phone when I first called. Then they were able to provide service on a small repair (outdoor spigot) within a few days. And to top it off both Nancy (office) and Bill (here at the house) were incredibly friendly and professional. And Bill did a great job! Thank you!!!
