Horrible customer service. Showed up early for an appointment just to be told I could not be seen. No call or anything ahead of time. Thanks for wasting my time and pto for work. I will be finding another doctor.

The receptionists are so incompetent. I gave them my insurance info. They said they took pics and have it all . Later I get a bill in mail for full visit no insurance. They did it again when my husband went.
This happens too much . And they sent in the wrong prescription for my husband, imagine if he took it and I didn’t notice? This is just so wrong. He has high cholesterol and they gave him high blood pressure meds. He doesn’t have high blood pressure.

Dr Naseem is best I have ever met. He is professional soft spoken, takes his time and explains everything. The staff is top notch . Thank you Dr Naseem please do not retire. I will not go to anyone else. Ellen McGurk
