I was going to leave one star but I went back the next day and they fixed my nails. This is going to be lengthy so if there’s one thing you take away from this: if you’re forced to go here always make sure you know what you’re paying beforehand. Ask them directly. It’s not rude and it’s your right, especially knowing that they’re dishonest and may try to scam you. I was almost overcharged $15 and when I asked for a breakdown of the math the owner began apologizing. While I could’ve maybe chalked this off to an innocent miscalculation, this was the second time in a row where I’ve gone here and this has happened. I'm new to the area and thought I'd start looking for a new nail salon. This was the second one I tried and I won't be trying anymore! The salon is very clean. The staff are very friendly. They have so many pedicure chairs, tons of manicure stations, and more nail colors than I've seen. They have great prices too. I got a gel manicure for $30. My nails lasted for almost 4 weeks. But I'm a terrible picker and ripped them off once they started to peel. At the end of my manicure they gave me a card with the name of my aesthetician on it. This place used to be okay. Now, no one speaks English and they never understand you when you are trying to explain what you want. They take way too long just to get your nails done. Getting a mani and pedi? Forget it, you will be there all day. The color selection is poor too. My acrylic nails are popping off after only two weeks. I’m going to try some of the other new salons in the area. Maybe they can at least communicate with the customer.
