I have loved Rapha since they opened. The facility is welcoming , hands on and a great help, but what changed recently? All of your staff left. They either chose to leave or you got rid of them. Rapha got rid of my chiropractor, Mark , who was wonderful. He was a god send who helped me so much. He was let go. I think the facilities dwindling visitation is the inconsistency. It's not good when your staff is coming and going so quickly. As of late, there is no one in there when I go. Why? Why did everyone leave? When the staff your patients love leave , your patients will leave too. Make it an environment that felt like it used to. It doesn't have that feel any longer.

I ANGELA TILLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED RAPHA WELLNESS CENTER TO ALL MY CO-WORKERS AT JERSEY CITY BOARD OF EDUCATION AND FAMILY AND FRIENDS.THE STAFF IS SO WELCOMING AND KIND. IF U WANT TO STAY ACTIVE AND HEALED, TEY RAPHA WELLNESS CENTER U WILL LOVE IT AS MUCH AS DO.

I posted a 1 star review a year ago. I had forgotten about my 1 star rating. ATT, I gave ALL my info. In person to the people at the front desk. Numerous calls from me resulted in "no therapy". I guess they just didn't have it together.I recently, OTOH called. I was IMMEDIATELY scheduled. I am DELIGHTED i gave them a 2nd try.WHAT A TEAM! From the front desk to the occupational assistants to the OT AND PT THERAPISTS I am improving on every issue I had.The remarkably delightful group of course has an affect on my mood too.
