You can truly tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about the quality of service they provide. Ruth and her team were all lovely!
What impressed me the most was their attention to detail. They didn't rush through the job -- they took their time and made sure every area was spotless. My baseboards looked great, the floors were shining, and every room felt fresh, organized, and deeply cleaned. They were very kind, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. They arrived on time and kept me updated, which I really appreciated.
They worked hard and were very respectful of my home. We are currently in the middle of preparing for a move and decluttering, and they were still able to help get things cleaned up during a busy time.
Also, I appreciated their flexibility—especially since I forgot to mention ahead of time that I have dogs. I made sure to keep them separate, and everything worked out smoothly.
Overall, a very nice and hardworking couple, and I’m grateful for their help.
