I want to give a shout-out to the manager Chris over there. I had a problem with a tire, and without going into detail, I do have to say he went above and beyond to make sure I was good. Most people only do the bare minimum in life and he did more than that. I always have a great experience with this company when things are going good, but the responses and actions of people when things are going bad is what's important. Thank you again Chris. Chris was super helpful over the phone prior to arriving at this location. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Chris and the phone conversation easily continued in person. Chris was very informative and I appreciated his thoroughness prior to one of the technicians working on the car.
