I can only comment on Liberty's re-keying services. As an owner who inherited a condo in Montclair, NJ, 3000 miles away from my COVID pandemic quarters, I am in a vulnerable position dealing with unknown repairmen in NJ. Thus, I was delighted when Liberty quoted a lower price than local shops for the visitation, even though their base office in Bayonne is fairly distant from Montclair. Then they were great on the phone in estimating what they would need extra for the job based on the text transmission of one hazy photo I have of my condo's front door. They also gave a very precise window of time for the work (11 - 1), and were at the concierge station of my building right at the beginning of that time slot. Finally, the end price was not one cent more than I expected. Completely professional in every way, though I cannot comment on quality until the future lessee tenant moves in.
