Let me start by saying don’t always pay attention to negative reviews, try them out and have your own experience. I have been going to this OBGYN since finding out i was pregnant and i love it here. Shout out to the ladies in the front desk for always being polite and making me feel comfortable each visit especially Dawn and Desiree very sweet always attentive. I want to start by saying that I truly value Dr. Moon. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and has always provided excellent care. This is the only reason I continued with this practice as long as I have.Unfortunately, my experiences with the office staff and management have been consistently negative and, at times, inappropriate.During my annual visit in February, I accidentally mixed up my appointment time. While I was in the waiting room, another patient kindly offered me her spot — something I did not ask for or initiate. I have been a patient here for many years. All offices are clean and staff if very helpful and friendly. I recently delivered my first child and was very new to the FMLA procedures and paperwork having never used FMLA for anything before. Ashley Montas the Disability coordinator was very helpful with answering all questions and concerns I had and was very prompt in returning my completed paperwork to return to my job.
