I got my car impounded by Advanced Towing, and honestly, the process was smooth and professional. The staff was courteous and explained everything clearly, making a stressful situation much easier to handle. They were prompt and efficient, and I appreciated how organized everything was. Definitely a reliable towing service I would recommend!
am extremely upset. My car was impounded because it was supposedly parked at a fire hydrant. What makes this even more confusing is that the police told me that in situations like that, the most they normally do is give a ticket. They also said they weren’t sure why my car was impounded and that someone may have called about it. But when I spoke to the towing company’s office, they told me the police were the ones who called. I honestly don’t understand what is going on.
What has me the most upset is what happened when I went to pick up my car. All the cars at the facility were packed together like a can of sardines. My car was literally touching the car...read full review
These people wear great I would recommend them to anyone .I use to have a service station and I dealt with towing service they can't compare to Advance Towing. Thank you for a great job. You are the best !!!
