“I called this company the day before our huge snow storm. They were one of the only landscaping companies that were giving snow removal services for residences. I was actually nervous that I wouldn't hear from them once the snow fell, but they got in touch Sunday morning to ask if we needed to be dug out. I was so happy they were coming, and they got here, and my landlord happened to also have someone doing their property. They never informed me, in fact, it's in my lease that I have to clean my unit's property myself. It seemed like they had told this company not to do our unit because they were told to. It was a huge, huge mix up but I really would rather have paid this company to do it simply because they trekked out here after the snow. I felt horrible and asked if I could at least Venmo them some gas money, but no one ever responded. Either way, these are stand up people and I wouldn't ever hesitate to use them if I needed anything regarding landscaping done.“

“I had just moved in to the neighborhood and never had a sprinkler system before so I did not know that it had to be winterized. Well In beginning of January I started calling around when I realized that needed to happen and all the other ones (at least 4) were telling me they were closed for the season. Not Jim though, he offered to come over that day and did. He was a life saver and he was happy to help. Also his price for the visit was more than fair. I will be calling him again this spring for sure.“
