La Luz & Day Spa is a classy, cozy, boutique-style salon located in the heart of Bay Head, N.J. The salon is clean and has a warm, friendly, and welcoming vibe. The staff is professional, down-to-earth, and top notch, making clients feel right at home. They are highly talented at their craft, providing beautiful service with excellent results in cuts, styling, and color. The stylists are outstanding, knowing how to handle everything from short and edgy looks to curly hair, and they listen carefully to client requests. Clients are consistently thrilled and happily return. The town is lovely and offers plenty of free parking.
Recently my daughter and I traveled to Bay-head NJ for a wedding. We found a charming hair salon - La Luz Salon at 82 Bridge Avenue.
Luz, Liz, Robyn, Kelley, and Robin are all well trained technicians with years of experience.
The most fascinating part of our time at La Luz was the conversation. Real women talk. With male clients sauntering in to join in the confab.
The shop and propietor reminded us of Dolly Parton’s character, “Truvy Jones” and her back of the house salon in the 1989 Steel Magnolias movie.

Most importantly, they are highly talented at their craft -- and you cannot help but be thrilled with the results.
Kelley does an amazing job with my highlights and cut/styling.
I honestly couldn't be happier.

Kelly has been cutting and styling my hair for over 5 years She always cuts my hair the way I like it and listens to me when I ask for variations. The salon is warm and friendly and other friends I have sent there continue to return as well. Bayhead is a lovely town and plenty of free parking
