I have used Viking multiple times in the past and their service representatives that have come to my home have been great however my service rep today - ONIEL was absolutely wonderful . He was very polite , extremely thorough , knowledgeable and willing to explain many specifics along the way of treating the areas that needed to be treated . I would highly recommend Viking for accommodating , quality and timely service . I have been very satisfied with this company and would highly recommend using them for your extermination needs . A shout out to management with my many compliments to ONIEL and a deserving glowing 5 star review !!!!

I am not even kidding when I say this… give Matthew Y a raise or a paid for vacation because he is the absolute BEST! Each conversation I had with him was beyond professional and so so so helpful. I know he cares so much about each client and makes you feel so cared for. He is confident and puts my mind at ease through each conversation we have had while dealing with the pests that I have had for so long. Finally decided to get some serious professional help.. I am so appreciate of all the time he has taken to help me and continues to help me by sorting out and making a game plan for my pest issue here. Our technician Bryan was friendly, professional and very helpful. Took care of the immediate issue, discussed what to do, and made me feel that the problem had been dealt with. Easy to schedule and appointment took place as promised. Never a happy time to call pest control but Viking takes out the worry and tackles the issues.
