Patrick was polite, thorough and professional. He even texted to apologize that he had missed two bait boxes (I would have never known) and returned the next day to take care of them. This is the best pest control company hands down!!! I had used a different company that overcharged me for the service they did. I needed a new company because we had a mouse issue in our home. From the moment I called Viking it was a wonderful experience. The operators you speak to over the phone were extremely helpful and professional. I have had 3 visits so far and ALL the technicians were fantastic!!! I recently had Nicole and she figured out we also had a rat issue in our garage. Nicole made sure she blocked up the areas they were coming in from. She set a big trap (which looked very scarey) I would love to have her come to my house everytime because she really cares...read full review
