He used updated technology to identify active water intrusion. His cameras made thorough assessments of the sewer and chimneys. He ably performed an oil tank sweep of the property. During all of his evaluations he gave me feedback and suggestions to reassure and guide me in moving forward with the purchase of a 35 year old home. We had an excellent experience with Garden Home Inspectors, LLC. Dave, the owner, performed the inspection for our new home and truly went above and beyond. He was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions about the home’s condition and even shared helpful ideas on how we could improve things over time.
What really stood out to us was when he said, “Don’t worry, I will do this inspection as if it were for my own kids.” That level of care and integrity was evident throughout the entire process. He was extremely thorough, very knowledgeable, and his pricing was more than fair.
