Dave is an all around jack of all trades, expert on the structure and function of: the roof (using a drone), plumbing, electric, cooling, heating, windows, doors, insulation, ventilation, and appliances. He used updated technology to identify active water intrusion. His cameras made thorough assessments of the sewer and chimneys. He ably performed an oil tank sweep of the property. During all of his evaluations he gave me feedback and suggestions to reassure and guide me in moving forward with the purchase of a 35 year old home. I had the pleasure of David performing the home inspection on a new investment property. He was prompt, friendly, and very thorough.
