“I booked a 75 minute facial thru Groupon and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to book me within days and not have to wait weeks for an appointment.

The facial itself was very nice.

The reason I took off 1 star was because the esthetician never introduced herself upon walking into the room and I believe she spoke zero English too because at the end I asked her a question and she just smiled but no feedback.

And there was no Zen music playing during my facial which I felt was truly missing. It just makes the facial more pleasant to relax to. Especially when she put the mask on my face and you are left in the room alone for a few minutes, it would be nice to hear some music in the background instead of total silence.

So, if they could improve these 2 things that would make it that much more better for customers experience.“

Recently I saw junior stylist RJ and got a keratin smoothing treatment done. He did such an amazing job. My hair is so smooth and easy to take care of on a day to day basis. RJ made my hair silky to touch and I absolutely love how he’s tamed my baby hairs, which have been my forever problem lol. I love my hair and his work has made me feel super cute. “I have no complaints. Comfort is very professional. Appointment was at 1:15, we started at 1:30pm and finished shortly after the time listed. That is amazing service. My hair came out super cute. The fact that she does everything is great because I can refer family. It’s far from my house but worth the commute. The shop is clean. And there’s none of those IG hairstyling rules. Also there’s parking. To me it’s perfect.
