Reliable, first class customer service! We broke down in NJ. Our request to drive back to MD was quickly responded to. He patiently waited with us as we had to figure out how to get the car towed. It was a trying situation for us and having one less thing to worry about made a huge difference. He even welcomed our doggy who was with us. We had a safe, comfortable ride home after a long, stressful day. I highly recommend!!!
My family and I had a wonderful experience using this car service. Malik was our driver and he was excellent—professional, friendly, and made the ride very relaxing. It was so nice not having to worry about driving, and we really enjoyed our conversations with him. Highly recommend!
