We have been going to Shore Children's Dental Care for about 10 years. All of the dentists and hygienists have been great - friendly, patient, professional & caring. The office staff are always friendly and helpful. It has always been a positive experience each and every time.
Overall, I had a good experience. The staff is overall ok. You have to wait months for an appoinment and therefore you almost always land in OR because theres too much work. One particular story, Dr Jason walked in with attitude that if my son cries, he'll stop working on him. He told me that he's not a pediatric dentist to deal with kids that cry or are anxious. He claims no kids are meant to cry. He was really not patient and rough. He numbed the kid and started working on the kid before he was actually numb. The Manasquan office is always prompt and polite. The Avon office has the worst office staff. The doctors and hygienist are great, the office staff is horrible. They have no time management or communication skills in that office. I was told my appointment booked earlier then the computer had me in for so I wasted my personal time coming in early just to wait because they are never running on time in the Avon office, so now we are 30 minutes behind in my schedule.
