Will not return to this Dental Office EVER again! We had a very awful experience today. My 7 year old son was supposed to get 2 cavities filled on his baby teeth. I was extremely apprehensive because he has sensory issues especially with his mouth so I asked first if this was absolutely necessary and when they said it was, I asked for a complete run down of what would transpire. They walked me through the process but made it sound completely painless and not like it was a big deal. Overall, I had a good experience. The staff is overall ok. You have to wait months for an appoinment and therefore you almost always land in OR because theres too much work. One particular story, Dr Jason walked in with attitude that if my son cries, he'll stop working on him. He told me that he's not a pediatric dentist to deal with kids that cry or are anxious. He claims no kids are meant to cry. He was really not patient and rough. He numbed the kid and started working on the kid before he was actually numb. My son started crying, he pulled off his gloves and left the room without doing work. Such behavior is not the behavior a person should have for a pediatric dentist!

Something I wish I knew prior to my appointment is that Dr Sherman is not a preferred provider for tongue and lip tie release. I was referred to the office by a IBCLC. Unfortunately I should have done my research. I should have taken it as a sign to find another provider when I was having difficulty getting in touch with the office staff. The procedure was delayed by an entire month due to poor communication with the office. Dr Sherman has no knowledge of why he is even doing the surgery.
