Incredible space. Amazing teachers. It is evident that JSHY has been the trailblazer for hot yoga at the Shore. I have practiced at the studio for almost a decade. It is consistent, clean, extremely well managed. The teachers are loving and knowledgeable. Kuddos to continued success! Aloha

Best hot yoga place I have been too and location is great. A little more challenging than most hot yoga places but for me its a perfect, humbling experience. A great way to start your mornings or end the day!

Wow! This hot yoga studio checks off all the boxes. The instructors are top notch with a variety of them offered so you cant get bored. The space is super nice, perfect amount of heat, loved the music , super easy parking and class sign up. All the people are very kind and a wonderful group to practice hot yoga with. Not too crowded and not too empty. Overall a wonderful experience. ll be back.

The place stinks with instilled sweat. The entire place needs an overhaul beginning with the owner. Sell and get out while your ahead ann

I have been practicing here for over 15 years. This space has challenged me and supported me through so much. The heat is second to none, the layout is perfect, the instructors are very knowledgeable and offer an amazing space to practice. They will guide you but encourage you to learn to be your own teacher and modify or expand in ways that work for you. The music is great and the different teachers present their own unique styles. Over the years this has become a great community but what’s even more special are the days you can show up without having pressure to interact or speak. You can come to stay in your lane and just work on yourself and leave with a glow and shed some layers and drop some of the background noise. This I haven’t found elsewhere. Thank you Jersey shore ❤🔥
