AmySue was so professional and helpful in our search to find a private yoga instructor for our small group celebrating my sister’s birthday. Maureen, our instructor, was lovely and personalized the class to our experience and intention for the weekend. Highly recommend!

A great beach town yoga studio with year round classes that welcomes the summer crowd, and the locals and the vacationers equally, offering a variety of classes- most suitable for all practitioners. Sol Luna accommodates and offers support to those new to the practice, too. There are often workshops at various points in the summer and if you happen to be in town during one of these events, it's a treat to take part. I am a summer resident in Stone Harbor, and enjoy Sol Luna as a 'home' studio while I'm here, but I enjoy visiting studios when I travel. This is the best yoga studio! Tons of different classes taught to everyone's different abilities. Such a friendly warm studio. All of the yoga teachers are so caring. It's a great fit for all levels.
