The service was good the tech was confused as why he was here. He also promised me he would check with the office on an issue and get back to me with their opinion.. it never happened.

Excellent service. Swanton is always prompt when service is scheduled. It provides excellent and professional assessment of the status of the mechanisms to assure continuation of optimum performance.

HVAC was running a little loud. Could have been anything. Could have been something expensive. When Swanton's Alex came by my house he inspected (at special discounted rate) all units and explained that older units simply make more noise. No fugazzee repair quotes to fix a non existent problem. Alex just told me I'm good to go and not to sweat the noise unless I feel like upgrading. Great service. Quality Operation
