My husband and I had to unfortunately replace our home's entire sewer line. We were very nervous to complete such a big project, and Mike (owner) helped us every step of the way. The communication with Navesink Plumbing was excellent. Any time I had a question, the office would get back to me promptly or Mike himself would speak to me and put me at ease. The plumbers onsite discovered a septic tank upon excavation, and helped us with filling it as well. Inspection was seamless and the plumbers/workers were very courteous and knowledgable, and Jeff did an excellent job to ensure our driveway would not be damaged by his excavator. Had to call a few plumbers to check out a leak on my tankless water heater. Navesink was the only one that came across super professional and prompt. Not only did they give me two different quotes for either repairing or replacing the unit but they were also super polite and patient with me when I first wasn't sure if I could afford the quote. We finally went with them and they came in at the exact early time of the two hour range, fixed everything promptly, and cleaned everything up perfectly. I am super impressed and if I ever need work in the future, I will be going to them and recommending them to everyone I know!
Our water heater gave out as we were on their list for a replacement tankless system. They came right away and put in a temporary and got our full system in within the next week. In addition to doing excellent work, they were incredibly communicative throughout the process, the installers were very friendly, and they were immaculately clean. Can't say enough good things about Mike and crew!
