Deep Stretch Yin is a gift to give yourself after a busy week or weekend. It hits the spot- half meditation and half yoga. So relaxing. I’d do it everyday if I could. Brianna is the perfect guide.
I completed my teacher training at Alchemy House, and I cannot recommend this studio enough. Gina and the community cultivate a remarkably authentic, accepting, and unpretentious environment where everyone is truly welcome.
The curriculum is exceptional, beautifully balancing profound philosophy (like the Sutras and Ayurveda) with practical, high-quality teaching tools. The small class sizes and hands-on guidance ensured I felt supported every step of the way.
Alchemy House doesn't just teach yoga; they truly build community and support new teachers and students alike. I highly recommend them.
My daughters wanted to take a yoga class while visiting. Through a Google search we found Alchemy House and were impressed with its offerings. I am a beginner and enjoyed the Gentle Flow class. Jill’s instructions were clear and the space serene. It was a restorative experience we all enjoyed. What a great find! I look forward to more of AH’s yoga classes and might try a reiki massage.
