Spa Toccare

Spa Toccare is a luxurious spa that offers a variety of treatments designed to help guests relax and rejuvenate. The spa features "Professional Stylists and Manicurists" who provide services such as blowouts, manicures, pedicures, and haircuts. Men can enjoy an executive manicure, pedicure, haircut, or a Hot Lather Shave with a straight razor. Spa Toccare also has couples suites for a shared spa experience, which include massages, a private jacuzzi, champagne, and cupcakes. Guests can access saunas, steam rooms, whirlpools, and a pool.

The spa emphasizes excellent customer service. Reviewers have praised the treatment received from the staff, highlighting the friendly and nice desk staff and the engaging atmosphere created by management. The spa's online reservation system is easy to use, and the reception process is quick and seamless. Guests have noted that the spaces are clean and well-kept. The women's area offers light refreshments in the lounge, and plush robes are provided. However, some reviews mentioned concerns about the quality of certain massages and the cleanliness of some areas, such as mildew in the whirlpool tiles. In addition to spa services, Spa Toccare features a well-equipped gym area with free weights, machines, and cardio equipment.

Recent reviews highlight that the spa staff can vary in quality. One guest received a 50-minute deep tissue massage with Nate Ross, who was praised for finding trouble spots and providing the perfect blend of pressure and relaxation. Another reviewer found their massage to be just okay, noting that the masseuse seemed uninterested and the massage was poorly managed, with inconsistent focus on the areas of concern. The spa area, which includes a sauna, steam room, and three whirlpools, was described as having mildew around the top of the tiles, which was off-putting. The showers and dressing area are adequate, and robes are roomy and nice. A guest mentioned that the tranquility room was not attended, with no towels or snacks available, and an unpleasant smell of burning due to ongoing carpet replacement nearby. Despite these issues, some guests still enjoyed their treatments, with one reviewer rating a massage as five stars and expressing hope for improvements during future visits.
