“The service was incredible but I'm mainly leaving this review for Anthony and Katrina. Both of them went above and beyond in providing service to us. Anthony went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and aware of where everything was and even went out of his way to get me items I requested that the spa didn't have. When there was a mixup with my girlfriend Rachel and she went missing, Katrina did not stop searching for her until she was found. All of the staff at Qua were incredible but these two people are exemplary and my girlfriend and I will absolutely be back.“

“This was my first time here and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It's located in the Golden Nugget hotel and casino. It's very nice and clean. The reception staff were friendly. Check in was quick. The changing room and relaxation lounge was comfortable. Lockers were provided. As were robes and slippers. I booked an 80 minute massage. My therapist was Jocelyn. She was amazing and was able to adjust from therapeutic to deep tissue depending on the area of concern. Everything was professional and explained properly. I was shocked how quiet it was on a Saturday.“

“This spa is great! I would come back again for sure. The only down side is their cold shower to rinse before getting in the hot tub did not work. So people got in without rinsing? and I wish they offered books instead of magazines.
I also did the robot massage….it was scary at first but I got used to it. It’s very unique. I probably wouldn’t do it again but it’s good for someone who is introverted and wants more control over their massage session“
