I wanted to wait to cool down before posting this review, yet after sharing my story about my 100 year old grandmother’s funeral with friends, family who couldn’t attend, and colleagues, I have been repeatedly assured that the events that occurred at the hands of this funeral home were unprofessional and unacceptable, to the point where I feel it’s necessary to write a review so others can be wary, ESPECIALLY since so many of these reviews are overwhelmingly positive. If you want a respectful experience, DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS. My grandmother passed recently and my immediate family went to go identify her body at the funeral home. We were greeted by Ryan, who mispronounced our last name four different times in four different ways. I started speculating if he was antisemetic considering the name was written down in front of him.

Dear Fellow Neighbors, I didn't have the opportunity to talk with Eileen, but I did have the opportunity to meet and talk with Steve Collins. He listened, and he was more than understanding what my brother, sister, and I were expecting. If you and your family want a traditional Jewish funeral, you should contact Roth, Goldstein. Ask for Steve Collins or Eileen.
