Slow service overall. At times their copay process is very inconvenient due to the fact they accept cash only. It is 2025. Other places accept cards and other means of payment. Why is cash still the only option. Lastly, being available only on Tuesdays and Thursdays make it a hassle to book appointments at times, especially for someone with strict work schedules.

Dr. K is awesome. He's very thorough. And his bedside manner is really comforting. The staff is very helpful also. The best part is, I'm in walking distance. Also, when you need him, Dr. K gets right back to you. Have to update again. And once again I can't love this place more. They treat you like a human instead of just another number in a system. Cedro is the most helpful person. He makes you comfortable, even over the phone. Seriously. If you live in AC and need a PCP, Island Medical is the place to go!
