You have a very specific 7 mins time window to get to your appointment. So good luck if you hit all red lights and you're 8 mins late. No more appointment for you. Even tho it takes anywhere from 15-30 mins to even get into your apartment even if you're on time and no one else is there... Oh and front desk is very dismissive.

Only reason they don't get a zero is the doctor actually does listen.

Dr. Howard and the entire lgbtq clinic team are a breath of fresh air in South Jersey. They are thorough, caring and affirming. The clinic shares a lobby with urgent care, and I think all these bad reviews must be for the urgent care because my experience with the clinic was great.

The front desk was so helpful and friendly. Nurse Angela went above and beyond to make me comfortable and explained every step of my visit along the way. She even brought me water while I waited. Excellent patient care.
