Place is a scam! Purchased a massage through Groupon and every time I called to set an appointment, I never received a call back. Contacted them via text as stated on the voicemail. Finally, did speak via text and was able to set up the date and time for the massage. I went to the address on the Groupon as scheduled and no one was there. Sent a message and called with no response. Do not waste your money and time.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Purchased them through Groupon and there was no easy way to book with them so I contacted customer support and to no surprise they were no help either...$35 down the drain because my groupon expired and holistic healing never responded back to me with what I can do to book an appt. With them!! Save your money and go to a more reputable place
Booked a couples massage paid in advance in August. Via text was scheduled for February 18th however I received an email for this past Monday(2/27/23). Was given time of 2:30pm I agreed via text.They changed it to 2:15pm which I never agreed to and canceled my reservation as I was "late". I have ALL the communication as it was via text. I used to love this place and had a membership in the past. DO NOT PAY FOR ANY SERVICE IN ADVANCE NO MATTER HOW ENTICING THE EMAIL IS!! Was told they would contact me...... this was Monday it is now Friday. Scammed me but its ok I will NOT be back and advising others DON'T BOTHER!
